The right handed top order Indian Batter Virat Kohli gathered 641 runs from 13 innings of the 15 matches he played in the year at an average little below 107 and a strike rate of 140. His scores included 7 fifties; Kohli’s 90 not out was his best score of the year in the 20 overs international cricket. With these runs, Virat Kohli made to the top 5 list for the most T20I runs in 2016 as he became the highest run- scoring batter for India as well.
