The Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera División 2014-15 or LaLiga Santander 2014-15 was the eighty fourth edition of the Spanish Football tournament, hosted during August 24, 2014 – May 24, 2015. Sevilla would finish 5th in the team table in the La Liga tournament edition winning 23, losing 8 and drawing 7 and qualify for the Champions League group stage.
4. Antoine Griezmann (Atlético Madrid)
Former Middlesbrough Footballer Griezmann would score 22 goals for his team during the 2014-15 tournament. With these goals, the French Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in La Liga 2014-15. The Wanda Metropolitano based side would finish second in the team table winning 23, losing 6 & drawing 9 and qualify for the Champions League group stage. Griezmann would score a hat-trick during the tournament, in a 4–1 win against Athletic Bilbao.
3. Neymar (FC Barcelona)
Former Santos Footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior would go on to score 22 goals for 1899 founded Futbol Club Barcelona during the 2014-15 tournament. With these goals, the Brazilian Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in La Liga 2014-15. His team would win 30, lose 4 & draw 4 from the competition to win the tournament edition and qualify for the Champions League group stage. Neymar would score a hat-trick during the tournament, in a 6–0 win against Granada.
2. Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona)
Argentina Football Legend Lionel Andrés Messi would go on to score 43 goals for the 1899 founded FC Barcelona during the 2014-15 tournament. With these goals, the Argentine Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in La Liga 2014-15. His team would win their 23rd title in the tournament edition. Messi would score five hat-tricks during the tournament, in a 5-1 win against Sevilla, in a 5-1 win against Espanyol, in a 4-0 win against Deportivo La Coruña, in a 5-0 win against Levante and in a 6-1 win against Rayo Vallecano.
1. Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid)
Former ManU Legend Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro would score 48 goals for his team during the 2014-15 tournament. With these goals, the Portuguese Footballer got himself among the footballers with the most goals in La Liga 2014-15, in fact leading the table. The Estadio Santiago Bernabéu based side would finish runners up to the title winner Barcelona as they’d win 30, lose 6 & draw 2 to qualify for the Champions League group stage.
Ronaldo would score eight hat-tricks during the tournament, in a 8–2 win over Deportivo La Coruña, in a 5–1 win over Elche, in a 5–0 win over Athletic Bilbao, in a 3–0 win over Celta Vigo, in a 9–1 win against Granada, in a 3–2 win against Sevilla, in a 4–1 win against Espanyol and & in a 7-3 win against Getafe.
These were the footballers who led goal-scoring in La Liga 2015-16. While FC Barcelona won their twenty third title of the La Liga in the 84th edition, Real Madrid finished second in the season. Atlético Madrid & Valencia would make the top 4 of the tournament as a total of 1009 goals were scored during the tournament in 380 matches, Real Madrid leading the goal-scoring with 118 goals while Córdoba scoring the least with 22 goals.
