New Delhi: Indian skipper Virat Kohli on Monday wished the Indian U-17 football team good luck ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup scheduled to begin on October 6.
The 28-year-old uploaded a 14-second video on Twitter where he said, “Our boys are taking part in the U-17 FIFA World Cup which starts on October 6. Their first match is against team USA.”
He also added, “I would like to wish them all the very best for the first game and the rest of the tournament. Go, get it boys, make us proud.”

India have been placed in Group A along with United States of America, Colombia and former champions Ghana.
The boys in blue would kick-off their campaign against USA on October 6 and would play against Colombia on October 9 and against Ghana on October 12 at the Jahawarlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.
