Arguably one of the best midfielders of all time, if not the best, Ronaldinho is an icon of the game. The Brazil international played for huge clubs like AC Milan, FC Barcelona and Paris St. Germain and enthralled all with his beautiful footwork, range of passing and exquisite timing of shots. He was a treat to watch while he donned national and club colors. We take a look at 5 such goals the magician scored during his eloquent career.
5. FC Barcelona vs Sevilla FC, 2003-04 La Liga BBVA
A wonderfully taken long ranger from 35 yards out against arch-rivals Sevilla FC in the wee hours of the morning in front of approximately 80000 fans at the Camp Nou is surely a dream living for. And the Brazil World Cup winner in 2002 surely lived that dream to the fullest. The goal came at the end of a wonderful counter-attack, a mouth-watering move that deserved a finish like the one it had.
4. Real Madrid v FC Barcelona, 2005-06 La Liga BBVA
The first Barcelona player to get a standing ovation at the home of their Classico rivals Real Madrid, Ronaldinho probably played the best match of his life in a Barcelona shirt against Real Madrid CF at the Santiago Bernabeu. After Eto had made it 1-0 for the visitors on Classico day, Ronaldinho pumped in two goals in the second half, both exquisite displays of running and pace and adept finishing.

3. Chelsea v FC Barcelona, 2005-06 UEFA Champions League
Although the match ended with a defeat for Barcelona, Ronaldino’s side, still the second Barca goal of the night by Ronaldinho is one of the best goals he has ever scored. Having already scored a penalty past Petr Cech, Ronaldinho attempted to bring back parity at 3-1 down away as he tried a toe-nip from outside the box. With a crowd of players between the ball and goal, Cech missed it and it went on become the deciding factor in what was one of the most epic Champions League games.
