Profile | Najibullah Zadran is an Afghan cricketer, who plays for the national cricket team of Afghanistan since 2012. He appears only in the shorter format of the game and plays for limited-over matches only in ODI and T20I meadows. Najibullah Zadran is a top-order batsman and occasionally bowls in right-arm off-break style. He represents Band-e-Amir team in first-class cricket in domestic circuit. Apart from international matches, he plays in Super Leagues and represents Chittagong Vikings in BPL franchise. Najibullah Zadran began his career professionally since 2011 with the Under-19 Cricket World, where Afghanistan played a qualifier match before the tournament. His impactful performance in that match gave him a permanent place in the U-19 team successfully. After this, he has played in Twenty20 Cup for Afghanistan and got the opportunity to represent his country internationally in 2012. His Bellicose batting trick made him so esteemed in new-age afghan cricketer with a short span of time. He lived a glorious domestic career before entering the national team and also led his squad as a captain in the Under-23 group. Najibullah Zadran contains a stable or consistent performance rate in world cricket since his domestic days. He was named in the squad of Afghanistan for 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup.
