Profile | Colin de Grandhomme is a New Zealand International cricketer, who plays for the national side of New Zealand since 2012. He is a Zimbabwe-born New Zealand player and currently appears in all formats of the game. Colin De Grandhomme represents the Northern Districts in domestic cricket and plays for the Warwickshire squad in county circuit as well. Being a Zimbabwe-born, Colin de Grandhomme used to play for his native team at the beginning of his career. He had represented Zimbabwe Under-19 team and also played in the ICC U-19 World Cup for the same team. After moving to New Zealand, he joined their national squad and started playing for the team as an all-rounder. His explosive role with both bat and bowl soon made him a crucial part of the national New Zealand team. After made his debut in shorter formats of cricket, Colin de Grandhomme started his test career lately in 2016. His pace power in bowling and impressive batting style helped him to be enlisted in the New Zealand squad successfully in ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
