The football club won it’s first English Premier League title in 1994–95 under Manager Kenny Dalglish & Captain Tim Sherwood. Arsenal (Thrice)

Manchester City (Four Times)
The Etihad Stadium based football club won it’s first English Premier League title in 2011–12 under Manager Roberto Mancini & Captain Vincent Kompany. They had 93 goals from the season, and conceded 29 to their opponents as they led the table with 89 points, at level with the second placed Manchester United as they won on Goal difference of 8. Manchester City, won in seasons 2013–14, 2017–18 & 2018–19 as well to feature among the club teams who won the most titles in Premier League, third in the list.
Chelsea (Five Times)
The Stamford Bridge based football club won it’s first English Premier League title in 2004–05 under Manager José Mourinho & Captain John Terry. They won 29 matches out of 38 matches they had played in the season, lost only 1 and 8 matches were drawn. They had 72 goals from the season, and conceded 15 to their opponents as they led the table with 95 points, 12 more than the second placed Arsenal. Chelsea would go on to win the title in 2005–06, 2009–10, 2014–15 & 2016–17 as well, thus featuring among the club teams who won the most titles in Premier League at the second slot.
Manchester United (Thirteen Times)
The Old Trafford based football club won it’s first English Premier League title in 1992–93 under Manager Ron Atkinson & Captain Steve Bruce. They won 24 matches out of 42 matches they had played in the season, lost only 6 and 12 matches were drawn. They had 67 goals from the season, and conceded 31 to their opponents as they led the table with 84 points, 10 more than the second placed Aston Villa. The Red Devils would win the title in 1993–94, 1995–96, 1996–97, 1998–99, 1999–2000, 2000–01, 2002–03, 2006–07, 2007–08, 2008–09, 2010–11 & 2012–13 to become the table leaders of the club teams who won the most titles in Premier League.
