His scores included 3 fifties and Charles’ 58 against Trinbago Knight Riders was his best from the tournament. The right-handed batter from Trinidad, Lendl Mark Platter Simmons, was part of the Trinbago Knight Riders team for the Caribbean Premier League 2019. Simmons, who would also play for most of the T20 leagues across the globe, would go on to score 430 runs from 11 innings of the 12 matches he played in the Caribbean Premier League 2019 at an average of 39. His scores included 5 fifties and Lendl’s 90 against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots was his best score of the tournament. The Right-handed batter from Jamaica, Brandon Alexander King, was part of the Guyana Amazon Warriors team for the Caribbean Premier League 2019. King, who would play for Jamaica in domestic cricket, would go on to score 496 runs from 12 innings of the 12 matches he played in the Caribbean Premier League 2019 at an average of 55+. His scores included three fifties and a hundred; Brandon’s 132 not out against Barbados Tridents was his best and the highest individual score of the tournament.
