Kabaddi is a team sport, which originated in India and is played between two teams of seven players. The sport is played on a rectangular court divided by a mid-line. The players are either raiders or defenders; raiders who enter the opponent’s half to touch opponent’s player(s) and come back to at least touch the midline by any body part. Defenders try to tackle these raids and stop these raiders.
Kabaddi is controlled globally by International Kabaddi Federation.
