I’m in no pressure due to these expectations as I have been seeing these for a while now. Even if I lose I can come back, and the love of people makes me proud instead of pressuring myself.

None- everyone is the toughest.
The time she started playing Badminton…
I started as 6 years old kid, its been a long association with Badminton.
Facilities and training at Junior and Senior level…
At Junior level, we still don’t have sport science and nutrition, but at senior level these two have wide role and it supports a lot.
Game preparation…
I always focus on warm up time, minimum 30 minutes before the game.
Journey to the top of BWF rankings…
In my view, it is not only me alone who can achieve the world no.1. It has efforts from my entire team such as coach, coach assistant, other players and everyone in Banthongyord.
Fitness regime…
I just focus on the fitness program with all my dedication that my team arrange for me.
Motivation…
My motivation is my family, friends, teams and all Thai and international fans.
Facilities and hurdles…
I think every player has to face issues with facilities every now and then. So, it’s not my obstacle.
Preparation for the Rio 2016 Olympic Summer Games…
I will train hard, eat good, and sleep well. I will follow everything that my team has set for me in training and fitness regime.

For all athletes: avoid bad things that can damage your health such as alcohol or cigarette and etc., believe in your coaches, pay attention while you train.
