KL Rahul
The Bangalore born right handed batsman who also keeps wickets, Kannur Lokesh Rahul, started his domestic career with Karnataka in 2010-11. Rahul was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL 2013 auctions. KL has, since then, been part of Indian Premier League except for 2017 which he missed due to shoulder injury. Rahul has, during this period, played for Sunrisers Hyderabad and now part of Punjab Kings since 2018.
KL Rahul features among the Karnataka Players in IPL 2021 as he has had three 500+ runs seasons during Indian premier league 2018-2020. He scored the most runs in IPL 2020.
Devdutt Padikkal
The Edappal born left handed cricketer who has played U-19 cricket for India and looks destined to go long in World cricket, Devdutt Padikkal started his domestic career with Karnataka in 2018–19 Ranji Trophy. He was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL 2019 auctions. Padikkal, thus, features the Karnataka Players in IPL 2021, as he is part of the Bangalore based team. The left hander was the top scorer for RCB in IPL 2020 with 473 runs from 15 matches.
Robin Uthappa
The Kodagu born right handed batsman who also keeps wickets, Robin Venu Uthappa started his domestic career with Karnataka in 2002-03 and debuted in Indian Premier League in the inaugural edition of the tournament in 2008 for Mumbai Indians. Robin, or Robbie that he carries on his jersey, has since then been part of the T20 tournament and has played for Royal Challengers Bangalore, Pune Warriors India, Kolkata Knight Riders & Rajasthan Royals, currently plays for MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings.
Uthappa was the orange cap holder in Indian Premier League 2014 when he scored 660 runs from 16 matches and he features among the Karnataka Players in IPL 2021.
Mayank Agarwal
The Mangalore born right handed opening batsman Mayank Anurag Agarwal started his domestic career with Karnataka in 2010. Mayank had come off India’s Under-19 team of 2010 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he scored the most runs for India. Agarwal debuted in Indian Premier League in 2011 when he was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore. The batsman has since then been part of the T20 tournament and has played for Delhi Daredevils & Rising Pune Supergiant before he came Punjab Kings fold in 2018.
Mayank Agrawal’s best was in IPL 2020 when he scored 424 runs from 11 matches including a hundred, his only one in the Indian Premier League. Mayank, thus, features among the Karnataka Players in IPL 2021.
K Gowtham, Aniruddha Joshi, Pravin Dubey, Jagadeesha Suchith, Prasidh Krishna, Pavan Deshpande, and KC Cariappa are other cricketers who represent Karnataka Players in IPL 2021.
