The Medium pacer would hope to obtain confidence of the team management and matches under his belt to kick-start his cricket career.
Akash Singh
The Rajasthan Left-Arm Medium Fast Bowler started his Domestic T20 career at 2019–20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and joined the List A team for the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2020–21. Akash was part of the under-19 team under Priyam Garg for the U-19 Cricket World Cup 2020. Akash Singh is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season on February 18, during the auctions. The Lachlan Murdoch’s team spent 20 Lacs Indian Rupees for this purchase.
KC Cariappa
The Bengaluru born Indian Leg-Spinner is not new to T20 leagues and IPL Cricket. Konganda Charamanna Cariappa has already played for Vijaypura franchise of Karnataka Premier League (Bijapur Bulls) & was part of Kings XI Punjab & Kolkata Knight Riders in his Indian Premier League career. Cariappa is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season. The Pink City team had to spend 20 Lacs Indian Rupees for this purchase.
Liam Livingstone
England Right-Handed Opening Batsman Liam Stephen Livingstone has already played T20 leagues and has been part of Karachi Kings, Perth Scorchers & Peshawar Zalmi. Livingstone will be seeking his IPL debut this season as he is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season. The Franchise, jointly owned by Manoj Badale, Amisha Hathiramani & Lachlan Murdoch, had to spend 75 Lacs Indian Rupees for this purchase.
Mustafizur Rahman
The Bangladesh Left-arm pacer has already been part of T20 leagues across the globe as he’s played for Lahore Qalandars, Mumbai Indians, Rangpur Rangers & Sunrisers Hyderabad in these leagues. Mustafizur Rahman is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season. The Shane Warne’s mentored IPL Franchise had to spend 1 Crores Indian Rupees for this purchase. They’d expect Fizz to be the perfect partner to Jofra Archer in 2021 season as they have been at the Bottom of team table for long now.
Chetan Sakariya
Bhavnagar born Saurashtra Left-Arm Medium Fast Bowler will be among the young cricketers looking for their debut match in the cash-rich league. Sakariya, who has been part of Saurashtra team since 2018, is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season. The Ranjit Barthakur’s team spent 1.2 Crore Indian Rupees for this purchase.
Shivam Dube
The Mumbai All-rounder was part of the Bangalore based franchise of Indian Premier League for 2019 & 2020 seasons. Shivam Dube was released by the Royal Challengers Bangalore team before the IPL 2021 auctions and he is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season. Dube is the second costliest purchase for the Pink City team as he costed 4.4 Crores Indian Rupees in the auction though his base price was just INR 50 Lacs.
Chris Morris
South African All-rounder would like this IPL season to be better than previous, as he was among the cricketers released by Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore before the auctions. Christopher Henry Morris would though go on to become the most expensive cricketer of the upcoming season as he would get 16.25 Crores Indian Rupees against a base price of 75 lacs. Morris is among the eight players bought by RR for IPL 2021 season.
