Today we discuss about the SRH 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021. The Indian Premier League title winners in 2016 would have some of their squad members representing their national teams in the 2021 edition of the T20 World Cup scheduled after Indian Premier League 2021 at the United Arab Emirates & Oman. Kane Williamson
The right-handed top order batsman and captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kane Stuart Williamson, would lead the New Zealand Cricket team to the first ever World Test Championships title win. Williamson hit three fifty plus scores in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League and would hit a few in the 2021 edition of IPL as well. Kane Williamson would lead the New Zealand Cricket team in the T20 World Cup to be listed among the SRH 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar
The medium pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar Singh was the highest wicket taker in two consecutive editions of Indian Premier League, in 2016 & 2017. Kumar played only 4 matches in the 2020 edition for the Sun Group/Kalanithi Maran owned side as he had some injury issues and has some wickets in the 2021 edition, though not at his best yet. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was included in the Indian Cricket team’s squad for the World T20 and thus, represents the SRH 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021.
David Warner
The left arm opener batsman, David Andrew Warner, would lead the Sunrisers to some of their memorable feats in Indian Premier League, but would become one of the cricketers with lesser strike rate. Warner would still score 548 runs in the IPL 2020, but at a strike rate lower than 135. David Warner would be included in the Australian Cricket team for the World T20 and thus, represents the SRH 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021.
Jonny Bairstow
The right handed Wicket-keeper batsman of Hyderabad based side, Jonathan Marc Bairstow, would would score 345 runs for the Trevor Bayliss coached side in IPL 2020 edition. Bairstow scored 445 runs in IPL 2019. Jonny Bairstow would be included in the England Cricket team for the World T20 and thus, feature among the SRH 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021.
Jason Holder
The Barbadian All-rounder Jason Omar Holder would be one key member the Sunrisers Hyderabad lower middle order & middle over bowling would revolve around. Holder took 12 wickets in IPL 2020 and hit a couple cameo with bat too. The Allrounder would be included in the West Indies Cricket team for the World T20 and thus, feature among the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium franchise Players in ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
There were the nine Sunrisers Hyderabad 2021 Players in T20 World Cup 2021 and since the team had no withdrawals apart from Sherfane Rutherford who came in for Jonny Bairstow in the phase 2, all of these have played both phases this Indian Premier League season, one in India and the other in UAE.
