Profile | Isuru Udana is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer, who plays for the national cricket team of Sri Lanka since 2009 in shorter formats. He is a blowing all-rounder who bowls in a left-arm fast-medium style and bats right-handedly. Isuru Udana represents Tamil Union and Wayamba teams in domestic circuit. He used to play for the Sri Lanka A team in first-class cricket in 2008 and made his mark progressively with his bowling skills in this franchise. In 2009 he was selected for ICC World Twenty20 tournament and got direct entry to the national team in the same following year for his brilliant contribution. He appears only in limited formats of cricket and shows a comparatively better outcome in T20I format than ODIs.
