Profile | Chris Woakes is an English International cricketer, who plays for the England national team since 2011 till present. He represents the Warwickshire team in domestic cricket and plays as an all-rounder in all formats of the game. Chris Woakes is a right-arm fast-medium pace bowler and a right-handed middle-order batsman. He had been played for England Lions squad at the beginning of his domestic career and appeared in preliminary ICC World Cup Tweenty20 tournament as well. He has made his international debut in the world cricket in 2011 in limited over games. After making his debut in both ODI and T20I fields, Chris Woakes has made his test debut lately in 2013 against Australia and continued the journey till 2018. Currently, he only appears in the ODI format of the game in the international field. Being a handy batsman and a go-to bowler of the team, he is part of the England squad for 2019 World Cup. |
