Profile

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is an Indian international cricketer, who plays for Indian national cricket team since the year 2012 till present.  He is a right-armed medium-fast bowler and knows a unique technique of swinging the ball both ways.
This Indian sparker was born in Meerut in the year 1990 and started his cricket career at the age of 13. Firstly, Kumar played for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and came into the limelight after bowled the legend Sachin Tendulkar out to create his first domestic cricket duck.
After this, Bhuvneshwar again came into the spotlight and became a matter of discussion when his 4-0-9-3 against Pakistan in a domestic tournament in Bengaluru was the best figure by an Indian fast bowler on debut in a T20I. His figures were the second best by an Indian bowler on debut (Pragyan Ojha with 4/21 against Bangladesh at Nottingham on June 6, 2009 being first).
Kumar is skilled in both in-swing and out-swing bowling yet his poor fitness held him back from being a regular player in the national team. After taking a few injury-induced-breaks, Kumar returns to the national cricket team with a new weapon of magic or Yorker.
Currently, he is playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2019 tournament, after played with RCB and Pune Warriors respectably.
