Avesh Khan
The Indore born Right-Arm Fast Medium Bowler Avesh Khan came off ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2016 team of India, a tournament India finished runners up at. Ishan Kishan, Rishabh Pant, Khaleel Ahmed, Sarfaraz Khan, Mahipal Lomror & Washington Sundar were the other players of this India U-19 team. Avesh started his first class career with Madhya Pradesh in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy and was picked by the Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL 2017 auctions. The season would only have his debut match the next season he was picked by newly renamed Delhi Capitals.
Avesh has since then been part of the Arun Jaitley Stadium based franchise as he features among the MP Cricketers in IPL 2021. His best season so far is the ongoing IPL season where he has picked 14 wickets from 8 matches.
Rajat Patidar
The Indore born Right-handed batter Rajat Manohar Patidar started his domestic career with Madhya Pradesh in the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy and was the leading scorer for his team in the season 2018-19. Patidar was picked by the Virat Kohli led and Simon Katich coached side Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL 2021 auctions at a worth of 20 Lac Indian Rupees.
Rajat Patidar, thus, features among the MP Cricketers in IPL 2021. Still early days for his Indian Premier League career as he has played just 4 matches in the tournament (until the season was suspended due to surge in corona cases), has a 31 which showed his skills.
Venkatesh Iyer, and Jalaj Saxena are other cricketers who represent MP Cricketers in IPL 2021. Iyer would be looking to make a cut to the playing XI once the season is resumed, while Jalaj Saxena, who plays for Kerala now, would expect some IPL performances down his experience category as another starter.
