Prabhsimran Singh
Punjab Wicket-keeper batsman is the third wicket-keeper in the KXIP squad for IPL 2021. But with KL Rahul being in the form of his life during the Indian Premier League 2020, Prabhsimran would find it difficult to get matches in the tournament in presence of Nicholas Pooran as the second keeper for the team . Prabhsimran was picked by the Mohit Burman owned side during IPL 2019 auctions at a huge price of 4.8 Crores Indian Rupees.
Shahrukh Khan
Tamil Nadu all-rounder Shahrukh Khan would like to perform like his idol Kane Williamson as he aspires to be the finisher every team would like to have. He already creating buzz in domestic cricket with his quick 30-40 runs every time he bats and he would like to take this to Indian Premier League tournament in the upcoming edition. Sarfaraz Khan
The Young Mumbai Cricketer was part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team during IPL 2015-2018 and was picked by the Kings XI Punjab (the Punjab Kings now) during IPL 2019 auctions. Khan is part of the KXIP squad for IPL 2021 as well as he would like to settle as a lower middle order batsman in the team. Sarfaraz has already played 30 plus games in the tournament format and would like to now take the leap to become a go-to player for the captains.
Riley Meredith
The Hobart Hurricanes‘ Fast bowler is still in his early days of T20 International Career. Meredith joins the KXIP squad for IPL 2021 at a whopping 8 Crore Indian Rupees cost during the season’s mini auction. Kangaroo bowler Meredith picked 16 wickets from 13 matches in Big Bash League 2021 and he would like to improve on wicket numbers in the Indian Premier League tournament.
Arshdeep Singh
The Punjab Left arm pace bowler has been part of the Punjab Kings (Kings XI Punjab) since the 2019 edition of Indian Premier League. Arshdeep picked 3 wickets from 3 matches in the season and then followed with 9 wickets from 8 matches in IPL 2020. Arshdeep would like to improve upon his wicket tally to be a regular partner to Mohammed Shami in the bowling attack.
Deepak Hooda
Baroda Right handed batsman first came into Indian Premier league in 2014 edition when he was picked by Rajasthan Royals. A powerful striker of cricket ball, Hooda can be a good allrounder. He also played with Sunrisers Hyderabad before being picked by the Punjab Kings team during IPL 2020 auctions. Hooda is a member of the KXIP squad for IPL 2021 as well, though he would like to feature more regularly in the playing XI this season.

The England medium pacer Chris Jordan first played in Indian Premier League in 2016 and picked 11 wickets from 9 matches for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He was picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2017 though he could get just one match in the season. Same was the case for him in IPL 2018; he would pick 9 wickets from 9 matches in IPL 2020. Jordan is part of the Punjab Kings team for Indian Premier League 2021 as well.
Ravi Bishnoi
Jodhpur born Ravi Bishnoi was part of the India U-19 team at the ICC U-19 World Cup 2020 and his performances there got him into IPL fold with Kings XI Punjab picking him for the season. Rajasthan Cricketer Bishnoi picked 12 wickets from the season, a tally he’d like to improve upon as a member of KXIP squad for IPL 2021.
Murugan Ashwin
Tamil Nadu Leg Spinner Murugan Ashwin’s best bowling performance came in Indian Premier League 2020 when he picked 10 wickets from 9 matches. His pair with Ravi Bishnoi was one of the highlights of Kings XI Punjab in the season.
Nicholas Pooran

Mandeep Singh was picked by the Anil Kumble coached team in IPL 2015; he’s since then part of Punjab team and would be part of the KXIP squad for IPL 2021 as well. A top order player, he’d be looking for some good performances coming off his bat this season.
Fabian Allen

Henriques was picked by the Punjab team again this year during the auctions to be a member of KXIP for IPL 2021. With him, Allen, Shahrukh & Jalaj, they’d expect the team to do better than previous season when an amazing KL Rahul couldn’t win them the trophy as he wouldn’t get much support from other players.
Dawid Malan
This England Left handed top order batsman has already been a name to reckon in the shortest format. Malan has played for Comilla Warriors, Cumilla Warriors, England Lions, Hobart Hurricanes, Islamabad United & Peshawar Zalmi in his T20 League tournaments and would like to extend his form to the Indian Premier League this season after he was picked by the Punjab team to be a member of KXIP squad for IPL 2021.
Jhye Richardson
Punjab based team spent the highest this season to bring Jhye to KXIP squad for IPL 2021. The Australian Pace bowler has represented Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League. He’s still to play any T20 league outside Australia. Jhye could be the bowling partner Shami wants to have to put pressure on the opponents.
Mohammed Shami
The Indian reverse swing specialist, Shami, has been playing Indian Premier League for quite a some time with teams like Delhi Daredevils, Kolkata Knight Riders & Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings). He’s been leading the pace bowling of the team and would be doing the same for the KXIP squad for IPL 2021. Shami had picked 19 wickets in 2019 season and 20 wickets from the season 2020.

Agrawal scored 424 runs in IPL 2020 with a century and two fifties as he would like to improve the figures this season to support the team in their title campaign as a part of KXIP squad for IPL 2021.
Chris Gayle
The Universe Boss is the boss of T20 Cricket; he’s played for Balkh Legends, Barisal Burners, Chattogram Challengers, Chittagong Vikings, Dhaka Gladiators, Jamaica Tallawahs, Kandy Tuskers, Karachi Kings, Kings XI Punjab, Kolkata Knight Riders, Lahore Qalandars, Matabeleland Tuskers, Melbourne Renegades, Quetta Gladiators, Rangpur Riders, Royal Challengers Bangalore, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, Stanford Superstars, Sydney Thunder & Vancouver Knights which perhaps represent all the T20 league tournaments across the globe.
Gayle has gotten slow in his running between wickets but his skill of dispatching the leather ball outta park has kept him as favorite of T20 teams he’s played for. Punjab Kings would expect a Gaylestorm destroying everything during IPL 2021.
KL Rahul (Captain)
The Karnataka wicket-keeper batsman led from front in Indian Premier League 2020 as he would go on to score the most runs by any batsman. He’d like to replicate a similar performance this season to lead KXIP squad for IPL 2021 to their maiden title win, something this Mohali based team is waiting for long.
