Devdutt Padikkal
The Left-handed Opening Batsman from Edappal, Devdutt Padikkal was part of CM Gautam led Ballari Tuskers in Karnataka Premier League 2019. Padikkal would score 310 runs at an average of 44.29 and strike rate of 135.37. He scored four fifty plus scores in the season and then moved over to Indian Premier League to play under Virat Kohli at Royal Challengers Bangalore. Devdutt Padikkal, thus, featured in the list of KPL Players in IPL 2021.
Shreyas Gopal
The Karnataka all-rounder who bowls leg spin, Ramaswamy Shreyas Gopal, was playing for Ranganath Vinay Kumar led Hubli Tigers in Karnataka Premier League 2019. Shreyas would pick 4 wickets from the tournament edition as his team would finish third in 2019. Among the top KPL Players in IPL 2021 as he is an integral part of the Rajasthan Royals franchise.
Manish Pandey
The Indian International Middle Order batsman, Manish Pandey was playing for Mir Kaunian Abbas led Belagavi Panthers. Nainital born Pandey would score 213 runs without getting dismissed in the season as he would hit a century and two fifties. Manish Pandey is, thus, among the KPL Players in IPL 2021 as he is a middle order batsman for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Pandey scored 425 runs for the franchise in IPL 2020.
Krishnappa Gowtham
The off spinning all-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham was playing for Ballari Tuskers in Karnataka Premier League 2019 and he would go on to score 202 runs and pick 21 wickets from the tournament edition. Among the KPL Players in IPL 2021 as he was picked by MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings at their costliest purchase during the season’s auction.
Prasidh Krishna
The medium pacer has raw pace and extracts bounce from the pitch and that took him to his international debut recently. Muralikrishna Prasidh Krishna was member of Ballari Tuskers team in KPL 2019 and he would go on to pick 8 wickets from the season. His team would finish sixth in the tournament edition and he would go on to represent KPL Players in IPL 2021 as he would be part of Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2021. Krishna was part of this franchise in Indian Premier League 2020 as well as he picked 4 wickets from 6 matches.
